Frequented by Las Vegas locals and visitors alike, this beloved local chain of eateries is known for their menu offering a wide array of unique and creative pancake flavors such as Red Velvet, Ube, Bacon, Strawberry Shortcake and more! Babystacks also serves classic breakfast dishes such as Country Fried Steak and Eggs, Corned Beef Hash, and Omelets. Coupled with Pacific Islander favorites such as Loco Moco and Spam Scrambles, there’s sure to be something for everyone!

While we’re always on the lookout for the best places to start your day in Sin City with an amazing breakfast, the word on the street is that Babystacks Cafe serves the BEST PANCAKES IN ALL OF LAS VEGAS. Considering what a strong claim this was, as lifelong fans of this quintessentially American and carb filled breakfast treat, we knew that we had to put Babystacks to the test and find out for ourselves if they live up to the online hype.

Thankfully, as we were staying on the Fremont Street Experience at Circa Resort and Casino, we were thrilled to find that Babystacks Cafe now has a location located just a short walk away on Main Street across from the Las Vegas City Hall. After a quick jaunt from our hotel, we were ready to tackle some breakfast and give these famous flapjacks the James and Paul treatment.
