Kerem is a quiet and reserved young man who grew up in a small coastal town. His grandfather, Cemal Bey, is a respected plastic surgeon in the city. Kerem, tired of living in the shadow of his grandfather, started hanging out with the wrong people with the desire to prove himself.

One night, he accepts the proposal of Yalçın, a charismatic but dangerous person he met. Yalçın is a ruthless man who deals with illegal activities in the city. He tells Kerem that he will "only drive". However, the planned work is not an ordinary smuggling. They aim to rob an old jewelry store.

Everything gets out of control in a few seconds. The alarm goes off earlier than expected, the shopkeeper uses his gun and shoots the Yalcin man during the fight. Kerem witnesses someone's death for the first time in his life. They manage to escape, but there is no turning back.

The police start a search across the city. Security cameras clearly recorded Yalçın's face. Yalçın panics, but a dark thought comes to his mind: Kerem's grandfather.

One midnight, Yalçın threatens Kerem and goes to Cemal Bey's clinic. He asks her to change her face. Otherwise, he says that he will report to the police that Kerem is also an accomplice. Cemal Bey is torn between protecting his son and helping a murderer.

While preparations for the surgery are being made, Kerem struggles with guilt. Yalçın's escape means that other people will be harmed. At the last moment, Kerem makes a decision. He allows his grandfather to inform the police secretly.

Before the operation, the police surround the clinic. Yalcin tries to escape but is caught. Kerem also confesses his guilt. The court process is difficult; Kerem gets a sentence, but because of his cooperation, he gets away with a lighter sentence.

Years later, Kerem starts working in his grandfather's clinic. He chooses to help people fix their lives instead of changing their faces. The shadow of his past haunts him, but when he looks in the mirror, he doesn't see someone who runs away, but someone who confronts him.
