Point Blank: Kahinda Otafiire, the preacher

Minister Without Portfolio Abdul Nadduli is a creative man. In instances where he can't find an appropriate word to use while speaking English, the man from Luweero quickly finds an alternative word from his own dictionary.

Meanwhile, Nadduli's colleague, the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire is a self-confessed agnostic but he likes quoting from the Bible.

In Point Blank tonight, Agness Nandutu peeps into Nadduli's dictionary as Gen. Otafiire turns into a preacher, even if momentarily.
