ingredients :
1-1/2c - course wheat flour
1/2c - regular wheat flour
1/2 - besan
1/2ts - carom seeds
2ts - red chilli powder
1ts - turmeric powder
1/4ts - garam masala
1ts - sesme seeds
1-1/2tb - green chilli ginger
fresh fenugreek leaves
1c - fresh coriander leaves
1/2c+2tb - butter milk
1tb - sugar
pinch of soda
salt to taste
4tb - oil
