Apps: a really basic store-bought cheese plate
Brothy Beans
Harissa Chicken Thighs
Pesto Tahini Cucumber Salad
Shredded Iceberg Salad
Buttered Rice
Store-Bought Pita
Dessert: Store-bought Halva and Sliced Sumo Oranges over Date-Sweetened Yogurt

For the Chicken - all to taste, whisk together harissa, yogurt, balsamic, maple syrup, curry powder, and salt. Marinate boneless, skinless chicken thighs at least 1 hour but up to overnight. Broil 15 minutes per side.
