This dog’s name is Cupcake the sweetest little American Bully!
She’d been at the shelter for three whole years.
Every time someone came to adopt they walked right past her.
She didn’t bark, didn’t jump just lay there quietly.
One day, a boy came in with his mom.
They weren’t there for a dog just dropping off blankets.
Cupcake was out of her kennel for cleaning, standing near the open doorway.
When she saw the boy she walked over, tail wagging gently and stopped right in front of him.
Cupcake lowered her head close to the boy.
It was like she had chosen him.
The boy looked up "Can we take her home?!"
That very same day Cupcake left the shelter!
At home, she was sweet, playful and loving.
But weeks later, her belly began to swell.
She moved slower quieter.
The vet revealed she was pregnant!
The family gave her soft beds warm blankets good food and all the love she needed.
Then one night Cupcake went into labor!
The boy’s mom sat beside her, whispering,
"You’re safe now we’re here."
After hours Cupcake delivered eight tiny puppies!
She cleaned each one nuzzling them as if to say,
"You’re safe now Mama’s here."
Weeks later, the house was full of life eight happy pups playing and a proud mom watching over them.
Cupcake had once been overlooked but now she was the heart of a family!
Every dog deserves a second chance just like Cupcake! ❤️🐶
