Two Ways To Enjoy This Famous Braised Garlic Chicken 山东烧鸡两吃(原味+ 中式鸡肉堡)

Ingredients 食材
Chicken legs 800 g

Dark Soy sauce 2 tbsp

Seasonings 调味料:
Ginger 30 g

Green onions 3 stalks

Garlic 5 cloves

Sauce for cooked chicken 淋烧鸡酱汁:
Minced Garlic 3 tbsp
蒜末 3 大匙
Thai Hot chilis 2
辣椒 2 个
Sesame oil 1 tsp
麻油 1 小匙
Brown sugar ½ tsp
红糖 ½ 小匙
White wine vinegar 1 tsp
白醋 1 小匙
Juice of cooked chicken 8 tbsp

Cocktail cucumbers 320 g
小黄瓜 320 克

Cooking Instruction 做法:
1. Rinse the chicken with cold water and pad dry with paper towels

2. Add 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce to chicken and rub it evenly,let it rest for 15 minutes

3. Fry the chicken in warm oil(medium high heat) for 1 minute on each side. Take it out

4. Mix the seasonings well and pour over the chicken. Make sure the chicken is seasoned well

5. Bake the chicken at 350F for 35 minutes, and then flip the chicken and bake for another 20 minutes. Let cool and hand shred the chicken into the size you prefer

6. Gently break cucumbers with a knife and cut them into bite-size pieces
