We research the dividend companies further by looking at their future prospects. We look at dividend growth, price growth, and look at the chart to see what growth the company has had in the past and currently.

After you have a list of companies you are interested in, I'll show you what I look for to narrow down which one I'll buy. (And I actually do buy into a new company in this video).
