At Results Catalysts we run a number of programmes to support managers using a coaching based approach to developing their people and teams. One of the tools we use as coaches is the GROW model developed by Sir John Whitmore, this video demonstrates how that approach can be used to structure a conversation. Kaye Bateman, an ICF accredited coach is coaching Adrian Priddle.
