Hello everyone, and welcome! today I will be guiding you through a relaxing yin yoga sequence for the Backline. This includes everything below the feet, the hamstrings, the back, head and forehead. If you have sore feet, tight hamstrings or feel tension or heaviness in the neck and shoulders, this class is for you! We move through various poses such as dangling, child's pose, and toe squat. Holding each for approx. 2.5 to 3 minutes. The final pose is bliss! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do😊 #yinyoga #yogastretch #yogastretch

This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
