SALT AND PEPPER SHRIMP. GARNALEN MET ZOUT EN PEPER.

INGREDIENTS:

15 wild caught - shell on- shrimp
4 garlic cloves
2-3 slices ginger
4 thai chili peppers
2 stalks scallions
¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper mix
Cut the small sharp tail off
Cut the legs
Make a slit to remove the vein
Pat dry with a paper towel
Cornstarch to coat the shrimp

PREPARATION:
Add cornstarch to the shrimp and give it a shake to coat all over.
Let’s pre-fry the shrimp
Fry each side 1-2 minutes
Remove and place on paper towel

Fry the garlic, thai chili peppers, ginger, shrimp and mix.
Add the salt and pepper mix and scallions and stir fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy!
