Ethan Never Dies is the trophy name, but in this video Ethan never even gets touched. The main thing you need to know is after you get the greenhouse key and go back out to the yard, you need to take out the Fatman enemy without getting too close and spawning the other adds. If you do, then you may waste all your remaining ammo and won't have enough to beat Maguerite.

I spend a bit of time contemplating my inventory, so excuse that. I also made a small mistake of picking up the Machine Gun before crafting more handgun ammo. If you want a tip to be able to discern an item box from an explosive trap, the trap boxes have only 2 strips of tape on them and make a ticking sound. Leave those alone or use them as proximity bombs.
