Hariyali Pav Bhaji or Green Pav Bhaji is a Healthy Variation of the traditrional Street Style Pav Bhaji made using all green vegetables like spinach, green peas, green garlic, spring onions, however many people add cauliflower, cabbage, bottle gourd but I like to make it with some basic vegetables. Here are the list of ingredients.

4-5 Persons:
Cooking Time: 30 Mins

1 Cup Fresh Coriander
3 Green Chilly
2 Ginger
200 Gram Blanched Spinach
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 Chopped Onions
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Chopped Capsicum
1 Cup Boiled Green Peas
1 Boiled Potato
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 Cup Green Garlic
1 Cup Spring Onions
Prepared Green Paste
Water as Required
2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1 tsp Pavbhaji Masala
Salt to Taste
1/2 Lemon Juice
2-3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Fresh Fenugreek Leaves
Fresh Coriander
