Cheese Garlic Surti Locho Recipe | Original Surti Locho Recipe | Surti Locho with Special Masala

I ate almost all types of locho in Surat, this is one of my favorite Cheese Garlic Locho, There are more than 100 plus locho varieties you will find in Surat.

There are some basic thing which you will need to keep in mind while making locho else it will turn like vati dal khaman, so do watch this full video, I shared all details to make perfect surti locho.

With this recipe you can make many types of locho, like schezwan locho, tandoori locho, green garlic locho, butter locho and many..

I also shared Locha masala recipe, locha masala is very important because its enhances the taste for this super surti locho.

Ingredients
1 cup Split Chickpea
1 tbsp Black Gram
1 tbsp Rice
2 tbsp Curd
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
Water as Require
1 tbsp Ginger and Chilly Paste
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Fruit Salt

Locha Masala
1/4 tsp Black Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Chaat Masala

Garlic Butter
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Fresh Coriander

1 Cheese Cube
