Steak & Potato meal in the snow - The restored hunters fry pan shows its true colours

Описание к видео Steak & Potato meal in the snow - The restored hunters fry pan shows its true colours

This time I brave the snow to once again put the Hunters Fry Pan to the test after re-seasoning it. I choosen a meal that is easy to do but needs a good non-stick surface pan to succeed. Will it prevail?

Recipe: 1 serving
- 150 g steak of your choice, preferably a tender piece
- 150 g firm small potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Crushed red chili pepper flakes, optional

The marinade
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Sriracha

- Cut your steak in strips against the grain and put it in the marinade at home in a zip-lock bag
- Cut the potatoes in quarters, fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until forktender. Put to the side
- Fry the steak and garlic to your prefered taste. Sprinkle herbs and chili flakes on top. If you want, add the marinade to the pan. Just before it's done add the potatoes to the pan.
- When all is warm, serve at once. Enjoy!
