Hi friends! It has been a long while since we have shared any videos, and a big reason for that is because I (Coach Jill, definitely not Coach Phil) am now 30 weeks pregnant so filming has definitely been a challenge. Luckily, Coach Phil stepped up and made a video for you guys. I plan on getting back to lots and lots of instructional videos later this fall :)
