Simple instructions. Sounds easy... And it is. For the most part... But a moderately strenuous walk along a river running through a gorge is a description that is a disservice to what you will see along the way.

As Kinga put it - like something out of Avatar... Steep dramatic cliffs on each side, trees hanging overhead, the river - at times - passing through impossibly beautiful dropoffs and a jungle of green along the footpaths.

A ten-kilometre walk that should take roughly three hours becomes five... Due to photographic opportunities and some open-mouthed scenery... A meandering river, with man-made weirs controlling the speed of progress that becomes an awesome work of nature within half a mile...

Sounds like a sales brochure? Perhaps - but this is just my take on a great little walk in nature! Go on and come get here!
