Judge Rules Mom Accused of Poisoning Husband Will Stand Trial

The woman accused of spiking her husband’s Moscow Mule with a fatal dose of fentanyl has been ordered to stand trial for murder. After a two-day preliminary trial, the judge presiding over the case ruled Kouri Richins will head to trial for several felony charges including aggravated murder, fraud, and distribution of controlled substances. Richins’ trial is scheduled for April 28, 2025.
