Brad’s 300KW+ G3 WRX Tuned on Emtron Plugin ECU

Brad’s 2012 WRX returned for some upgrades to the fuel system in the quest for more power!

Earlier in the year, we Flex Tuned it making 277KW ATW conservatively on Ethanol due to the limits of fuel system.

To fix the fuel limitation, The Team at Heng’s Garage hard wired the AEM fuel pump and installed a set of 1200cc injectors… then it was back onto the dyno!

This WRX sports a Zen Metalcraft motor build with a GTPUMPS 3.5-10cm turbo, NA manifold, front mount, and a long list of supporting mods. All controlled by an Emtron Plug-in ECU Tuned on Flex Fuel.

We made 243KW and 799NM (441dNM) of torque on 98ron fuel conservatively, then on E85, it made 304KW and 1055NM (583dNM) at the wheels! It pulls hard and fast on the street, and the Emtron ECU controls all aspects of the car perfectly!
