Easy South Indian Breakfast
Ingredients:
Mysore Masala Red Chutney Recipe :
•Kashmiri Dry red chillies (soaked in hot water)
• Garlic Cloves
• Gram dal roasted
• Coriander seeds
• Cumin seeds
• Curry leaves
• Salt
•Turmeric powder
• Tamarind
• Little water to blend it into a fine paste
Crispy dosa batter:
• Soak 1½ cups rice + ½ cup urad dal + 2 tbsp chana dal + ½ tsp fenugreek + 2 tbsp poha for 4-6 hours or overnight.
• Grind it mix it and ferment 8-12 hrs.
• Spread thin, cook till golden crisp
Aloo masala for Mysore masala dosa:
• Boil & mash 3 potatoes.
• Saute mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili, ginger, and onions.
• Add turmeric, salt, and cooked potatoes.
• Mix well and garnish with coriander.
• Ready to fill your dosa
