鯪魚肉墨魚膠茄子煲

材料:
茄子1條
墨魚膠150克
鯪魚肉150克
鹹魚1件

處理:
1. 鯪魚肉,放碗內,加入調味料:
a. 生粉1湯匙
b. 油1茶匙
c. 胡椒粉適量
d. 蠔油1茶匙
順住一個方向攪3分鐘至起膠。
2. 預備煲仔。
3. 放鹹魚在煲仔內,可酌量加入少量油,中慢火煎香。
4. 預備芡汁:
a. 生粉1茶匙
b. 蠔油半湯匙
c. 糖1茶匙
加入清水300毫升,攪勻。
5. 茄子,清水洗乾淨,切一舊舊。

烹調:
1. 鹹魚,已差不多煎熟,加入芡汁。
2. 加入茄子,轉慢火。
3. 鯪魚肉,用匙羹刮成一粒粒的魚丸放煲內。
4. 墨魚膠,1開4,放煲內。
5. 轉大火,冚蓋,炆5分鐘。
6. 完成 ,可享用。

Eggplant claypot with squid balls and grass carp meat

Ingredients:
Eggplant 1 log
Squid meat 150g
Grass carp meat 150g
Salted fish 1 slice

Preparation:
1. Grass carp meat, put in a bowl. Add seasonin::
a. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp
b. Oil 1 tsp
c. Pepper appropriate amount
d. Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Stir in one direction for 3 minutes until it turns sticky.
2. Get ready for a pot.
3. Put salted fish in the pot. Add in appropriate amount of oil. Fry at medium-low flame.
4. Prepare sauce:
a. Tapioca starch 1 tsp
b. Oyster sauce 0.5 tbsp
c. Sugar 1 tsp
Add in 300ml of water, mix well.
5. Eggplant, rinse with tap water. Dice in cubes.

Steps:
1. Salted fish, has almost been fried well, add in the sauce.
2. Add in eggplant, turn to low flame.
3. Grass carp meat, scoop into balls, then put in the pot.
4. Squid meat, divide it into 4 shares. Put in the pot.
5. Turn to high flame. Cover up the pot. Braise for 5 minutes.
6. Complete. Serve.

you can make a yummy claypot. Use eggplant and salted fish, cook in other type of method. Easy.👍👍
