PIZZA PASTA RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Oil ½ cup
Onion chopped 1 cup
Chicken cut into tiny pieces 250 gm
Garlic pastes 1 tsp
Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
Capsicum cut into cubes 1
Mushrooms sliced 6
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Pasta sauce 1 cup
Macaroni boiled 3 cups
Cheddar cheese 1 cup

METHOD :
Heat oil, fry chopped onion and garlic paste, add chicken, cut into tiny pcs, fry for 5 mins, add seekh kebab masala, fry for 5 mins, add all the seasonings and vegetables, fold in pasta sauce, mixed herbs, and boiled macaroni with 1 cup cream, mix well, remove in a dish, top with cheddar cheese, grill for 5 mins and serve hot.

MUTANJAN KHEER RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Cinnamon stick 1 stick
Green cardamom 3
Cloves 3
Rice soaked for 2 hours ½ cup
Water 1 cup
Milk 1 ½ liter
Sugar ½ cup
Condensed milk ½ cup
Rose essence ¼ tsp
Food color a pinch

METHOD :
Heat ghee in a pan, add whole spices with soaked rice ½ cup, fry for 5 mins, add 1 cup water, cover, and cook till rice tender, mix the rice well, add in 1 ½ liter milk, then add sugar, cook for 10 mins till sugar water dries, add condensed milk, rose essence, color, cook till thick, serve with pistachio and almonds.
