During pregnancy it is very common to have upper back pain. The upcoming 8 stretches and exercises will help you relieve back pain as they will improve flexibility as well as stability in your thoracic spine.

Many think that the best treatment is to rest. But resting may lead to your back muscles weakening even more. We need to strengthen and stretch the thoracic spine.
