I do some form of this practice in morning routine every day, it requires no equipment and you can do it at home. These massage techniques are inspired by qi gong and will get you feeling more connected with your body so you can relax and move more freely.

This is also a great practice to improve function of many systems of the body so if you're looking to prioritize longevity and holistic health, I highly recommend adding this to your routine.
