I fell in love with asana (the postures) through creative sequencing. Linking together postures in weird and wonderful ways and seeing the huge impact the practice had on both my body and mind.

This flow today plays with classic postures like warrior III, boat and chair pose but with transitions and variations that will bring you joy.
