This 12 minute Train Like a Ballerina home workout aims at increasing your mobility and flexibility through top exercises from the TLB Method. These are just a few I teach in my classes as part of a TLB warm up and are designed to take your body through your wide ranges of motion and leave you feeling mobile, flexible and fabulous. ✨

▸ Use a chair or wall for support throughout if needed.
▸ I recommend being warm before this class ( = 2 minutes of star jumps or try a cardio workout in the app or on my channel)
