PNWR 1501 sorting cars in Albany, Oregon. Great sounding EMD 567 engine! This old EMD SD7 began service on Southern Pacific, then eventually found it's way to Portland and Western. At the time I recorded this video, the railroad was considering scrapping this old workhorse, due to lack of new parts being in supply. Some parts were stripped off of another SD9 (PNWR 1851), and used on this one.
