ETHIOPIAN and ERITREAN RESTAURANT IN CARY, NC

hi again and welcome to my new video about Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisines. You know I love these 2 cultures so much and I love their cuisine. On this video I decided to continue my search for Ethiopian food here in the triangle area. I'm impressed by the town of Cary, NC on how it is hosting these international cuisines, thank you so much for that. I went for the option of veggie platter served along with the tasty Anjra Ethiopian bread. For the sides I choose Chiro Wot which is chick peas sauce, so thick and tasty. I'm so amazed on how they presented the veggie platter 100% professionally. The food was natural taste. As I mentioned in the video there is no outside flavor from the flavor you get naturally from these ingredients (chick peas, lentils). The master piece for me was the spicy lentils peas, it's so tasty and well balanced specially when eaten with the Anjra bread.
