DIY Baby Cold Shoulder Flare Sleeve Top and A-Line Flap Skirt | Very Easy Cutting and Stitching

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Taking Measurements:

Measure your baby's chest, waist, and desired top length for the cold shoulder top.
For the A-line flap skirt, measure your baby's waist and desired skirt length.

Cutting the Fabric:

Using the measurements, cut the top and skirt fabric pieces accordingly, ensuring to leave an allowance for seam allowance.

Preparing the Cold Shoulder Top:
