[INGREDIENTS]
Hog Dog Bread:
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup All purpose Flour (Maida)
1 Tsp Butter
1 Tbsp Milk + 1 Tbsp Sugar
Salt as per Taste

Paneer Filling:
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Oil
8 Black Peppercorns (Kali mirch)
2 Cloves (Laung)
1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
1 Medium Sized Tomato Puree
1 & 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
1/2 Cup Chopped Cabbage (Patta Gobhi)
1/2 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
100 gm Chopped Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
Some Mayonnaise mixed with Ketchup or Red Chilli Sauce
Salt as per Taste

[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
👉 Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 20-25 min.

👉 OTG/Convection: Preheat at 220°C for 10 min. Then bake for 12-15 min.
