Jeera goli

Ingredients:

. 50 Betel leafs
(big size)

. 10 green cardamon

. 7 - 8 cloves

. small piece of menthol

.1/2 tsp katha powder

.1/2 tsp liquid lime
(chuna)

. 1 tbsp mulethi
(sweet wood)

. 1/4 cup fennel seeds

.1/4 cup Dhanadal

.1/4 cup desiccated coconut

.1/4 cup sweet colourful fennel

. 1/4 cup tutti frutti
(as per taste)

.1/4 cup chopped khajur

. 1/4 cup gulkand
(as per taste)

Method:

. Wash betel leves properly
and wipe it from both sides.

. Allow to dry for 1 - 2 hours
under fan.

. Remove stem and chop
it .

. Measure 2 cup chopped betel
leaves with measurig
cup.

. peel cardamom
and transfer in mortar
and pestle.

. Add cloves,menthod
and crush it properly
for powder.

. Transfer this powder
in chopped betel leaves.

. Add kath,chuna and
all remaining ingredients.

. Mix it properly with
hand.

. Pan mukhwas or
mouthfreshner is
ready .

. Store in dry airtight
container in
fridge for 2 months.

. Enjoy after meal.
