DJANGO 4K UHD BLU-RAY REVIEW + CREEPSHOW & HOME CINEMA UPDATES

Описание к видео DJANGO 4K UHD BLU-RAY REVIEW + CREEPSHOW & HOME CINEMA UPDATES

Review of the 4K UHD home movie release of Sergio Corbucci's 1966 'Django' starring Franco Nero. There is no HDR on this disc but does it really need it? There is no Blu-ray in the pack to compare it against but the colour and density are all good so perhaps the rules that applied to the recent 4K disc release of 'The Others' (no HDR on that one and it is perceptibly superior to the Blu-ray) also applies to 'Django'.

Image aspect ratio is 1.66:1. Sound is two channel mono. A limited edition release complete with an interesting and informative book all about the film which can be purchased direct from the releasing company Cult Films at https://cultfilms.co.uk/product/djang... or also from HMV if in the UK at https://hmv.com/store/film-tv/4k-ultr... At the time of typing the cost is £29.

Also included in this video is an update of Series 4 of 'Creepshow' on Blu-ray which follows on in impeccable style from the first three series and also released by Acorn Media International to make a fine box set release for 2023 which can be found in most branches of HMV or from their web site for £79.99: https://hmv.com/store/film-tv/blu-ray... with series 4 being available seperately here for £19.99: https://hmv.com/store/film-tv/blu-ray...

Finally, thanks to Mark Stuckey I now have motorized, fully adjustable bottom masking in our home cinema.
