Making Brats, Pepperoni, and Kielbasa out of 40 Pounds of Ground Pork.

Today we are taking 40 pounds of our home grown pork, and turning into brats, pepperoni, kielbasa, and pork burgers. It takes me about 4 days to get all of this smoked and precooked. It all vacuum sealed and frozen for later.. Now we are ready for summer grilling season.
