In this video I review 5 Hacks to avoid problems when reviewing schedules in MS Project. Project Management and scheduling requires some care to ensure that the information in the schedule is in alignment with how we are planning the actual work. These 5 hacks will help you to avoid some of the more common pitfalls and will give provide a good start for the development of a schedule review checklist.

Tom Stephenson MBA, PMP, CM-Lean, is a national award-winning professor (George Brown College, University of Toronto) and best-selling author whose background in education spans nearly three decades.
