Gouache Techniques & Textures: Replicating Mary Blair’s Concept Art from Disney’s Cinderella

Using some Mary Blair concept art as inspiration while I practice some dry brush techniques. I love replicating artwork because it's a great way to learn new techniques. PS - The technique I use at the end of the video is called “scumbling” ... I am the only person I know who calls it “stumbling”😆

Materials used:
*Holbien Acrylic Gouache (can not be reactivated with water like regular gouache) in Viridian, Primary White, and Primary Black
*Watercolour brushes
*Mat board
*Masking tape
*Pencil
