Greetings everyone! Growing up in upstate NY I started racing my bicycle at age 14. For the next 8 years, I spend quite a bit of that time on my old, old, old, school indoor trainer!

Needless to say that with the new trainers today and more specifically, by the new smart bikes today, training inside has never been more effective and more FUN!

In this video, I go through MY experience using this bike and why I like it... there are no crazy stats or comparisons, this is just my thoughts and my review of this bike.
