✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For Meethi Chutney
Water(पानी) 1+1/2 Glass
Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 2 Tbsp
Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
Salt(नमक) - 1 Tbsp
Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1 Tbsp
Sonth Powder(सोंठ पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
Dry Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
Asafoetida(हींग) - 1 Spoon
Dates(खजूर) - 1/2 Cup
Jaggery(गुड़) - 250 Gram
Sunflower Seeds(सूरजमुखी के बीज) - 1/8 Cup
For Green Chutney
Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 1 Cup
Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 1 Cup
Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 4-5
Ginger(अदरक) - 2 Inch
Water(पानी) - Some
Black Salt(काला नमक) - Some
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - Some
Salt(नमक) - Some
Sev/Namkeen(सेव/नमकीन) - 2-3 Tbsp
Water(पानी) - Some
Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 2 Spoon
For Filling
Oil(तेल) - 2 Spoon
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Spoon
Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग) - 1/2 Spoon
Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
Crushed Red Chili(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1 Spoon
Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - Some
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
Black Salt(काला नमक) - As Per Taste
Fennel Powder(सौंफ पाउडर) -
Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - Some
Gram Flour(बेसन) - 3 Spoon
Ginger Paste(अदरक) - 1 Spoon
Peas(मटर) - 250 Gram
Oil(तेल) - 1/2 Spoon
Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
Boiled/Mashed Potatoes(उबले/मसले हुए आलू ) - 1
For Chole Tadka:
Boiled White Pea(उबले हुए सफेद मटर) - 250 Gram
Oil(तेल) - 2 Spoon
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Spoon
Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग) - 2 Pinch
Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
Crushed Red Chili(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 Spoon
Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
Water(पानी) - As Required
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
For Potato Dough:
Potato(आलू) - 1+1/2 Kg
Cornflour(अरारोट) - 1 Bowl/150 Gram
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
Ghee(घी) - For Fry
✍🏻RECIPE:
For Peas Filling, take a pan, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Red Chili, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Salt, Black Salt, Fennel Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Gram Flour, Ginger Paste, Peas, Oil, Green Chilli, Boiled/Mashed Potatoes. Mix them and cook well & take them out in a bowl.
For Chhole Gravy, In a pan, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, Hing Powder, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Red Chili, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Water, Salt cook it. then put Tadka in a chole bowl.
For Potato Dough: in a big part, put boiled Potato, Cornflour, salt Refined Oil & mix them gradually. Take Potato Dough, spread it, put Peas Filling it in, cover it, and make Cutlets.
For Frying, take a Tawa, fry them in the heated Oil, and make them crispy.
For Serving, Take a bowl, put the Chhole in it, put Crispy Tikki, add some Sweet Chutney, Green Chutney on it, and serve the very tasty Chaat.
