Ingredients:
3 tbsp - Oil
2 - Onions (chopped)
1 inch - Ginger (grated)
5-6 - Garlic Cloves (grated)
3 - Green Chillies (chopped)
2 - Tomatoes (boiled & pureed)
¾ cup - Curd
1 tsp - Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1½ tbsp - Kitchen King Masala Powder
250 gms - Baby Potatoes (boiled & peeled)
1 - Capsicum (julienned)
1 - Onion (shredded)
1 tbsp - Oil
Water (as required)
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp - Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Coriander Leaves (chopped, for garnish)
