Leaving Ocean Isle Beach, we swing by Myrtle Beach to take in the seaside strip, and the beautiful beach. In Charleston we take KITT for a cruise around the stunning homes in downtown, visit the City Market and take a stroll along the waterfront. As it's the south we visit a plantation, Boone Hall, with a sizable main house, slave cabins and original stables. Because it's hot, and we always do, we visit the Charleston City Museum and discover the "old museum" with a Moa (there is a nice modern component that was very interesting too). We also go on a ghost tour at the old jail (spooky!)
