Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization: 7 Month Side Lying

Описание к видео Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization: 7 Month Side Lying

This video describes a series of exercises for improving shoulder and hip stability. Open kinetic chain exercises are very good for improving the anatomical strength of a muscle. However, this type of exercise does very little to improve a muscle's stabilizing function. The DNS model using closed kinetic chain movements in development kinesiological positions is an excellent method of integrating the core along with agonist, synergist and antagonist muscles to provide joint stability.
