Ingredients:
*Marination*
2 pounds of Swai Fish Fillet cut into small pieces
2 tbps corn starch
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste ( forgot to mention to add salt, don't forget to add some salt while marinating the fish!)

*For Stir fry*
1 tbps chopped garlic
1 tbps chopped ginger
1/2 of green bell pepper sliced
1 bunch of spring onions chopped
3 tbps light soy sauce ( if using dark soy sauce use 2 tbps)
1 tbps tomato ketchup
1 tbps green chili sauce
1 tbps hoisin sauce
6 tbps Vegetable oil
Salt as per taste
