Fish Fillets with Ginger Spring Onion 姜葱鱼片, we use grouper fish fillet gently stir fried with sauce made with soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger and spring onions. A dish perfect with rice or porridge! I'm going to keep this recipe for Chinese New Year reunion dinner 😁😄😋

Ingredients
Grouper fish fillet 石斑鱼片 – 300g
White pepper 胡椒粉 – ¼ tsp
Salt 盐 – ½ tsp
Sugar 糖 – ¼ tsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 – 2 tsp
Egg white 蛋– 2 tbsp
Corn flour 玉米粉 – 1 tbsp

Sauce Ingredients
Oyster sauce 蚝油 – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 生抽 – 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 麻油 – ½ tsp
Chicken stock powder 鸡精粉 – ½ tsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 – 1 tsp
Water 水 – 200ml

Other Ingredients
Oil 油
Sliced ginger 姜片 – 20g
Minced garlic 蒜末 – 2 cloves
Spring onion 白葱 – white portion 1 stalk
Spring onion青葱 - 1 stalk
Corn starch slurry 芡汁 – 2 tbsp
