Honda CL 350. How to restore badly tarnished fork legs

Fork legs take the first hit of the weather, the road grit and flying stones and anything else airborne in front of the bike and they eventually get to look very tatty.
This bike had suffered from some well meaning abuse courtesy of a rotary wire brush and the forks lowers were very badly scored.
This vid will show you how to get out even the worst scoring and oxidation and give you that near-original finish back. You can elect whether to lacquer (clearcoat) them afterwards but I tend to give my bikes just 10 minutes with metal polish a year and they always look great without the lacquer.
