Honda CL350/CB350. How to set fuel levels. Repairing a damaged plug thread

This bike is one that we got running after a very long sleep and whilst the engine is healthy, the bike needs some basic carb work and a repair to a damaged spark plug thread - hopefully without taking the cylinder head off.
So we'll replace the needle valves and set the fuel levels, and I'll see if I can bring that damaged thread back with a new tool I've just bought.

None of 'em run. They never do. Some will have Titles and others not but I'll help you with that. These will be projects like those you see me do, so don't expect to give them a squirt of WD 40 and ride them home ;0)
