預備炸鲜鱿:
雞蛋1只
麵粉10克
生粉 8 g
撈勻
上乾生粉油. 油溫425度F (220度C)炸脆至金黃色. 炸兩次會更脆

洗淨鮮尤去皮切花成片,用廚紙抹乾水份.猛油作脆.蔥花.洋營.辣椒.起鍋.落鮮尤淮鹽抖勻.
