Episode 58 | Mauritian Chicken Cutlets / Catless Au Poulet

" Catless" Is one of my favourite Snack
Cutlets, most commonly known as Catless in Mauritius.

These can be prepared using any meat or your choice may it be beef, lamb or chicken..
It is also known as A Mauritian style “burger”

In Total I got 30-32 Catless/ Cutlets
Ingredients:

1 Pound Minced Chicken - 453g
1 Big Onion, Finely Chopped
Coriander Finely Chopped
2 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic paste
3 Chillies finely chopped (Adjust to your taste)
Salt to taste
Black pepper
1/4 cup / 25g Breadcrumb

Dip into 2 Beaten Eggs
Coat Into Breadcrumb
* Always Fry onto Medium to prevent the cutlets from burning and undercook.
