Short Pump VA Apartment Tour | Best Places To Rent Near Richmond Virginia | Apartments Near Richmond

In this video we take you on an apartment tour in 4 different apartment buildings in Short Pump Va. Short Pump is a very nice suburb of Richmond VA and a great place to live so if you are thinking about renting an apartment near Richmond be sure to give this video a watch! We have all the information you could need about these 4 apartment communities all located within Short Pump. We have maps, floorplans, nearby amenities, and video from inside some of the apartments.

The first apartment community in Short Pump that we tour is the most affordable one mentioned in this video. We start with Wellesley Terrace at Short Pump. The location of this community is great but the apartments are on the smaller side which does explain the cost savings.

Next we visit The Crossings at Short Pump which is a really great rental option. The negative here is the location. All the other communities have nearby amenities that you can walk to, whereas The Crossings only has a few restaurants and a gas station within walking distance.

The Madison Apartments is a huge community spanning 26 acres between W. Broad St. and Three Chopt Rd. The apartments are very nice and the parking is gated, and there is a ton of stuff that you can walk to including many many restaurants, a Publix shopping center, bars, and more! But you pay for those conveniences because the rental prices are not cheap.

We end the video with The Flats at West Broad Village which is our favorite apartment community mentioned in the video. The amenities are great and you could live there vehicle free. Everything you could ever need is at your fingertips.
