Jump Rope Tutorial - Single Foot Jumps [Crossrope]

Today, we're showing you the proper way to do single foot jump. Single foot jumps fall within the category of skills that are considered simple, but not easy to do the correct way. Benefits to single foot jumps include enhancing balance, improving ankle strength, strengthening calves, etc. We would not recommend trying this move too much until you are comfortable with the alternate foot step because it is more impactful on your body. Make sure to go at your own pace!
