This double stick drill, called Pai Pai 10, builds off the standard heaven 6 pattern by starting with an inward strike that pulls back to chamber, and then adds an additional inward strike with a follow through. These two strikes are then followed with a heaven 3 pattern. This striking pattern is then completed on the other side to make up a total of 10 counts. I like this drill for building coordination with striking patterns when using the sticks.
