Ingredients:
Tomato - 4 big, roughly chopped
Onion - 1 small, chopped
Green chilly - 1-2
Ginger - 1 inch, crushed
Water - 2.5 cup
Salt - 1.5 tsp, as per the taste
Coriander leaves

For tempering:
Coconut oil - 1.5 tsp
Rai - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 2-3 crushed
Few curry leaves
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
